Glenn picked up the rug on time at no extra charge, cleaned it and completely removed the smell from cat urine and delivered it free three days earlier than promised. It looks like a brand-new rug and smells fine. I'm very satisfied with his service and I highly recommend it.

Loved working with Glenn. Felt super comfortable having him in my house while I still had to work (in another room). I am also very pleased with the results, our couch has never been so clean!
